Topography - design with and for the land. This home’s backyard terraced with the topography to create a dynamic backyard 2. Living Spaces - be sure to consider what gets backyard access and what does not. For this home it was living spaces, primary bedroom and exercise. 3. Views - take advantage of all you can! We rotated this home 3 degrees for optimal viewing. Stock designs will not capture your outdoor spaces but careful planning early will!
